BULB log 18
« on: May 09, 2009, 12:40:12 PM »
Another fabulous bulb log, Ian. How can you bear to go inside when your garden looks so wonderful (it must be AT LEAST 3 acres to fit in everything you show us)? I especially like the Narcissus abscissus - what a sophisticated beauty it is.
Do you find that Fritillaria pallidiflora falls over when planted outside, as it inevitably does in my alpine  bulb house?

Thanks Anne our garden is nothing like 3 acres it is not even close to 1 but it is crammed full.

Fritillaria pallidiflora grows very well outside much better than it does in a pot under glass
- please release them.
