Hi Ian, thanks for the clear explanation on repotting Erythronium. Can you give a estimation of the amount of bone meal you add as grams per liter in the potting mix? And is this the same amount you add to refresh a used mix?

I just do it by instinct but you are correct it would be better if I give a clear guide.
I will try an work out some figures for you in the next few days.

I have done some rough measurements and the rate works out at approximately 5gms bonemeal per liter of compost.
