Been missing snowdrops for sure.. only some noses showing here. Which variety is it? :-)

Galanthus reginae-olgae 'Blanc de Chine' but less blanc than is usual...

Quite a few Galanthus reginae-olgae flowering now and this Galanthus elwesii 'Kinn McIntosh' which is a nice, strongly-marked flower;

I've  read  that Bob Brown of  Cotswold  Garden plants  found  this  in the  garden of the  person for  whom it  is  named  - in 1946  !!   Bob must  be  older than I thought!!

Galanthus reginae-olgae ‘Tilebarn Jamie’ - an essential; very easy to please and generous of flower


and the dainty form of Galanthus reginae-olgae sold as Galanthus corcyrensis - small but beautifully scented.

Could just be different microclimates I suppose, there will always be some variation in flowering time dependent on growing conditions. Or that one or other of us have been sold a not-Tilebarn Jamie which probably happens more frequently than you would wish. Or more worryingly yours may have been nibbled by the larvae of narcissus fly or swift moth, which sadly definitely happens more frequently than anyone would wish! Is yours in a pot or the ground? I'd live in hope and give it another couple of weeks but if it is not nosing up then do some gentle investigations...

G. peshmenii (same I posted before)


G. reginae-olgae 'Uranium', can actually see the green tinge on this without problem. My pink panther flower got eaten this year, but never clearly saw the tinge anyways..

My Pink Panther' is  still in a  pot  under  cold glass - as  is  'Blanc de  Chine'
 Pink Panther  is  a little  behind  yours ( looking  rather  white.creamy so far) while  Blanc de  Chine is  just  open.
