I took the shading off the greenhouse today.  Does that mean we will get a heatwave now?

Hopefully not Roma. I could do with some rain. Not just a splash but a few days of continuous rain. My raised beds are bone dry. I could however top up of my tan

No Roma, because I haven't taken my shading off yet. The heatwave will come when I take mine off, the sun hasn't shone since I put it on!!

98 degrees F (36.7 C) when I came through town 15 minutes ago. Can't remember when we last had rain. Sherba and I were rejoicing this morning because it's supposed to drop to 78 degrees next week. Air Conditioning OFF....Yesssssss!!!!!!!!!
I don't worry about greenhouse shading......don't even worry about a greenhouse. Could never cool it sufficiently in summer and it would cost a fortune to heat in winter. Oh for a Manchester summer again.
