From what I have seen on TV, all post goes through x-ray machines which show organic matter.

pinejunkie:
Can anyone identify this Allium please?
I bought the bulbs as A. caspium, which I now find it isn't.
It looks similar to that described as A. caspium yellow green (Rare Plants).
I suspect that this is another example of a misnomer being perpetuated.
I would like to rectify this with your help.
It stands about 45 cm tall, the umbel is about 15 cm dia. and the stem is round.
Any ideas??

Yann:
looks like Allium schubertii but i'm not an expert of the genius.

DaveM:
Allium cyaneum has not long finished flowering here and followed more quickly than usual by Allium beesianum. I'm not generally a big fan of alliums but these two I like very much.

Allium beesianum images posted below. This is one of two groups in my garden of this species. The first was from a well-known Scottish nursery and it's not doing too well this year as it got crowded out by other plants. However, when obtained, this plant had many bulbils which I detached and potted up - these have now produced this vigorous group in the images below.
