Just leaving one conference and now booked for Czech no 23. And have a reply.
Quite a few from NARGS have booked from USA and Canada, we all had fun trying to book whilst staying in Cody for Post Conf tour.
Sent email for Accomodation but they are closed for a week from 1 July.
Should be a great reunion. 😃

We have just received a confirmation from the hotel … there must be a receptionist/manager covering the holiday period. Just the flights and transfers to worry about now … and the plummeting Euro, of course.

I have a feeling that the hotel, being in receipt of furious contact from the usually dear, sweet Ludmila will have concentrated their minds wonderfully about getting someone on the case!

Can't remember how we did the payments last time, Christine - and Ian is off gallivanting to Alaska........

I'm going to try on line tonight for payment. If I can't do it I'll go to the bank tomorrow. They charge £20 yikes!

Hi Chris,

We have used TransferWise in the past and I have just investigated their page and they would charge just over three pounds to transfer mine and Sue's payments. I will try to post a screenshot of their page.

It says in the conference site about payment :
Please mention in the transfer message the participant's full name(s) for whom the transfer is made and the number assigned during registration.

Confirmation e-mail of the payment will be sent every 1st and 15th of each month.
