Ian are the Erythronium hendersonii hybrids in the last photo seedlings are deliberate crosses? They look fantastic

Mark They are chance hybrids, all my attempts to make deliberate hybrids have failed so I am happy to accept natures gifts.
I am off to the Snow Drop day at Brechin Castle now. ;)

Not sure what chance he'll get for photos, Mark, he is not just going to enjoy the snowdrop Day, he is also due to be broadcasting live from Brechin Castle to the BBC Beechgrove Potting Shed radio programme as well!! Programme starts at 12 noon.
