I'm looking for a book that will describe many of the plant terms that are
used to describe the foliage, flowers, etc. of plants. Ideally a book
with pictures or drawings would be best. I understand a lot of the terms
that appear in the various posts that are listed here but there are
so many that I don't. If I was going to buy one book what would you
recommend.

Different forum, same answer...
I'd go with:
Plant Identification Terminology: An Illustrated Glossary (Paperback)
by James G. Harris (Author), Melinda Woolf Harris (Author)

Carlo,
Thanks for your answer. I didn't really expect to get an answer so soon.

Hi Rob,
I use The Cambridge Illustrated Glossary of Botanical Terms by Hickey and King.
