Time to take some portraits today. All the cantabricus forms are in full swing, but the white N. hedraeanthus is a little different. Happy for a botanist to tell me a different name. The other small white is a seedling from a very small flowered white hoop, that I think may be N. eualbidus, but the seedlings are obviously hybrids, presumably with N. cantabricus. It is a lovely thing.
Pallene, our romieuxii/cantabricus hybrid is just open and looking delicious.

Brian Duncan's Galantoquilla group are living up to their name and imitating snowdrops, while his Wee Dote, newly open, has the most flowers ever so far. It will mature to all white.

Narcissus cyclamineus
Luc, they look to be very happy there. Can you tell me what the conditions are there? I find N. cyclamineus very difficult here.

The bulbs are in my rockgarden next to the terras. Meaning they get a lot of water when it rains and the soil is defacto never dry during the whole year.  Flowers are in full sun, the bulbs protected by rocks (meaning never too hot).
When I need to lift some bulbs they are replanted immediately.
Every year I get seeds that are sown in pots or directly in situ around the big bulbs.

Thank you, Luc. I have some potted plants of N. cyclamineus. I will try them in a few places and try to replicate your success!

Narcissus cantabricus var. petunioides (Van Tubergen form)
This clone won the first prize at 2018 RHS Rosemoor show, exhibited by annew.

Tatsuo's lovely cantabricus won a first prize at RHS Rosemoor and almost got Best Miniature too, but it was almost going over, and was pipped by Brian Duncan's lovely 'Sleek'. (the cantabricus grew 3cm in the car on the journey!). I flew the flag with my SRGC sweatshirt  ;)

The first of the autumn species here came from Otto as Narcissus serotinus but opinion here previously was that it should be called Narcissus obsoletus - more flowers to come!

...
Narcissus moschatus
That's a lovely Daff, Stefan! Looks like a healthy clump.
Another autumn flower which is very similar to my last pic, came via the AGS Seedex as wild collected seed of Narcissus miniatus/obsoletus I think - Diane was able to locate the collecting info and Rafa said that from that area it is most likely Narcissus deficiens!
cheers
fermi
Unfortunately the slugs got to them before I got the pic,
cheers

Narcissus 'Keats'
I was pleased to get the correct plant from Nijssen Garden & Bulbs Heemstede as a couple of UK suppliers had sent the wrong thing.
