Vaucluse june 2020
« on: July 04, 2020, 09:13:15 PM »
End of June is great for high parts of the Vaucluse, in the south east of France.

I've already posted photos of late summer plants, here're a few ones blooming between may and july.

Ruta angustifolia like half shady zones, and tolerate sun mid afternoon.
Bupleurum baldense, grow between 1200-1500m, in very dry soil
Trigonella esculenta

a bit higher around 1400-1600m other interesting species can be found.

Silene petrarchae
Armeria arenaria subsp. bupleuroides
Dianthus subacaulis
Cyanus graminifolius

I'll add photos, slowly during this summer, i've already many travels in the pipe for July and my brain doesn't work as fast as my camera :)
