Incredible pictures! Perhaps I was born in the wrong country. I know where Aberdeen is regarding north comparing Mariannelund. Last night we had way under -20 and the only flowers I could show you would be the ice-roses on the locker ( inside frontdoor) when I went to pick up the morningpaper this morning. But, with or without flowers, it is very beautiful with all the new, fresh and shining snow.

Ian, from now on I promise to follow the bulb log! I am sorry I am such a none computer person, but I am making progress ( = getting addicted as the rest of you)

Pimelea ferruginea - and very nice too, Michael.
One of the few plants that Cyril  has shown that is not as compact or  well-flowered as it might be - :o

Quite pleased with these two plants.

Physoplexus comosus
and

Dianthus echinus alpinus. I think, the label is somewhere under the cushion.

Plenty to  be pleased about, Eric  -  Those are great.
I think your dianthus may be Dianthus erinaceus - is it very prickly?
