Can anyone advise me how to get Hegemone lilacina to flower? I obtained the plants from seed collected in Russia by a friend in 1997 and now have 2 large 8 year old plants that refuse to flower. Any ideas? They are in pots at present. Anne, North Yorkshire, England |

Thanks, Margaret. I've had a look, it's mostly about germination but one possible thing mentioned is frost killing the buds. I have never noticed any buds being formed. Surely they get frost in Russia? Or are they protected by a snow blanket? Do you think a few threats might work? Anne, North Yorkshire, England |
